It was discovered that the INR level in my bloodstream was ‘3.4’. This reading was not entirely unsatisfactory but was slightly higher than it should have been. It has therefore been decided to change the level of my daily medication from 1 x 3.5 mg. daily to 1 x 3 mg. daily alternating with a dosage of 1 x 3.5mg. on the alternate remaining days of this medication programme for as long as it is considered necessary to keep it going.

My name is Jesus Camacho and I am a retired colonel from the Venezuelan National Guard, and instructor in Criminal Intelligence.

I am supporting an Argentinean colleague, Police Commissioner Julio Fabiano in a search he is doing about the question of Who invented the Intelligence Cycle? At the moment what we have found as “the first documented Intelligence Cycle” is the one appeared in the book written by LTC Phillip Anderson and LTC Robert Glass under the title “Intelligence is for Commanders” (1.948); I am attaching the cover of the book ant the model of the Intelligence Cycle they used. I would like to respectfully ask you if you have any information or maybe bibliography in which possibly we could found information related to the cycle, written before the explained in this american book. Maybe written by the German Intelligence Services.
