An alternative solution would be to find a two or three bedroom flat in one of these postcode areas and then to split the rent 50 / 50. There is a very considerable difference between a one-bedroom flat which can be obtained at a cost of £ 1,000.00 pcm. and a two-bedroom flat which could cost £ 1,500.00 pcm. divided in the way which I have suggested. The second bedroom would be useful to you as a spare bedroom as well as for providing you with secure storage space for other domestic items which you may need from time-to-time.

Have you heard of or seen a film called Preaching To The Perverted? They are currently raising funds via crowd funding website Kickstarter to restore and remaster the original tapes so that it can be rereleased on BluRay.
