This cocktails costs £stg. 5.50 in Sheekey’s Restaurant in the West End of London. I would normally order two or three of them for myself during a meal. The ‘Breeze’ would be topped up with soda water and the ‘Sparkle’ would be topped up with sparkling mineral water, preferably with Perrier mineral water.
For an alcoholic version of this cocktail, it could be served poured over a double shot of Blue Label or Premium Vodka. An appropriate name for such a cocktail would be an Elderflower ‘Fire’.
